Early Help

Effective Early Help is essential to improve the life chances of Manchester’s children, young people and their families.  The aim of the Manchester Early Help Service is to build capacity in communities that will prevent crime, support education and enterprise, and keep children, young people and their families healthy and safe.  We aim to do this by working with other agencies and directly with people from local communities.

Bridgelea has access to it's own Early Help Inclusion Team. Our Team is supported by 3 Early Help Practitioners and an Early Help Team Leader. By offering in-house early help support to families, we can work under the Manchester Early Help Strategy to ensure that our families are receiving support in a timely manner and through the introduction of Early Help Practitioners linked to the school there is a stronger home-school link for our families.

If you feel that you and your family need support through our early help offer, please contact Emma Mynes, Attendance and Pastoral HLTA or Lisa Shaw, Designated Safeguarding, Attendance and Pastoral Lead on 0161 272 8716
