Outreach

We have developed various levels of response to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Needs and those at risk of exclusion.

Schools should contact us at the earliest opportunity to allow for discussions related to pupil needs and possible school based interventions to take place.

We will respond to your contact within 48 hours (2 working days) and will often offer initial advice during the return phone conversation. If required, we will arrange a visit with you as soon as possible.

Please email outreach@bridgelea.manchester.sch.uk or Outreach Mobile on 07715905078 stating your school name, year group of the child, staff contact name, email address and telephone number.

We aim to work as flexibly as possible to meet the needs of children, schools and families and wherever possible meeting times will be arranged with this in mind.
