We have developed various levels of response to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Needs and those at risk of exclusion.
Schools should contact us at the earliest opportunity to allow for discussions related to pupil needs and possible school based interventions to take place.
We will respond to your contact within 48 hours (2 working days) and will often offer initial advice during the return phone conversation. If required, we will arrange a visit with you as soon as possible.

We aim to work as flexibly as possible to meet the needs of children, schools and families and wherever possible meeting times will be arranged with this in mind.
What We Offer
Our work with schools can be used in a variety of ways including:
- Individual pupil advice and consultation meetings to develop strategies to support individual pupils
- Staff surgeries (individual and group)
- Development of individual behaviour plans/pastoral support plans
- Review meetings
- Parent meetings
- Multi agency meetings
- Class observations
- Headteacher and SLT support
- Behaviour Policy review
The Outreach Team is able to deliver a range of tailor made Continuing Professional Development opportunities for whole staff teams, NQTs/RQTs, Lunchtime Organisers and Teaching Assistants (please refer to our CPD Opportunities flyer for further details)
The Outreach Service is charged to schools at £80 per hour.
